The famous space agency, NASA, announced that the planet will see the longest partial lunar eclipse on the nineteenth day of November of the 21st century, and the vision will be visible from North America. The phenomenon of eclipses occurs when the Earth blocks the light of the sun with its shadows, which in turn is reflected on the moon. The lunar eclipse is divided into three – including total, partial, and semi-faint – and the most obvious is the total lunar eclipse, which covers the entire moon.

And NASA revealed that the lunar eclipse can last for up to 3 hours and 28 minutes, during which the moon will appear about 97% red, and added that “it is possible that this eclipse will be the longest eclipse that may occur between 2001 and 2100.”
According to NASA, at the beginning of the nineteenth day of November, the earth will pass between the sun and the moon, casting a shadow on the moon. And NASA added that the eclipse will reach its peak at 4 a.m., American time, and all people around the world will be able to see it. Observers on the US East Coast will also be able to get the best view from 2-4 AM. And “NASA” added on its official website: “Weather permitting, the eclipse will be visible from any location where the Moon appears above the horizon during the eclipse.”
