Sultan Muhammad Shah roamed the whole world and did not find the love . he only found it when he met, by chance, Beyvet Labdus, who was working as a florist and won the Miss France title in 1938.

The strange thing about the love story is that the prince was sixty-eight years old and Yvette Laddus was a thirty-year-old girl, but at first sight, the Aga Khan admired her and became deeply attached to her.A violent love story began that ended with marriage in 1942. He confirmed that it was the love of his life, which he had found late in life.

This palace, in which the two lovers lived for nearly fifteen years, was built on a plateau in the middle of the Nile in Aswan, which overlooks the palace of King Farouk, which has now been turned into a Cataract Hotel, and on the other side, overlooks a Greco-Roman cemetery and the Temple of Sat, which was built by Queen Hatshepsut.

The famous tomb of Agha was built next to the palace in the style of the ancient Fatimid tombs in Egypt. Pure alabaster marble was used in its construction. The tomb has been a witness to this wonderful love story.
Destiny did not give them more than fifteen years of happy life and the great and wonderful love that the world talked about in this elegant palace, and Prince Muhammad Shah died after he built that cemetery a few months later.

After the death of the prince, his wife decided to stay next to his cemetery in her palace, and she used to put a red rose on his grave every day. Even if she had to travel, she told the guards to keep the red rose on the grave daily. the palace garden was planted with the same type of red rose that the prince preferred. She also recommended, after her death, that she be buried next to him.

when she came to the cemetery, she was riding a boat with a distinctive yellow sail, and in this case, the people of Aswan knew that she came, and she never forgot her husband until her death, when she was buried next to her beloved husband.
