Rumer, the daughter of Bruce Willis, announced that her father had aphasia and a loss of speech, which affected his cognitive abilities and therefore his retirement from acting, a profession he loved and meant a lot to him.

Rumer announced on her account on Instagram: “To the amazing Bruce fans and fans, as a family, we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce, who suffers from some health problems and was recently diagnosed with aphasia, affects his cognitive abilities. As a result of this, and in a large sense, Bruce is moving away from the profession that was It means a lot to him.”                                                 

“This is a challenging time for our family, and we deeply appreciate your continued love, sympathy, and support,” Rumer added.

The daughter of the superstar concluded, “As Bruce always says, ‘Live your life’… and together we plan to do it with love.”

Bruce’s latest movie is “A Day To Die,” which was directed by American director Wis Miller and produced by Vertical Entertainment, Capstone Group, Andrew van den Houten, and others. It was written by Rab Berry and Scott Mallace and co-stars Egyptian musician Mohamed Karim.
