The Details of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s legal battle
The pleadings began in their case in a court in Virginia, in the United States of America, where Johnny Depp filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife, Amber Heard, for $50 million, and Amber responded with another case for $100 million.
The trial session began after Amber’s opinion in the “Washington Post” newspaper in 2018, in which she spoke about her exposure to domestic violence and “Johnny Depp” rejected allegations of abuse, and the trial is expected to last up to 6 weeks with more witnesses being called.
The session witnessed the testimonies of some eyewitnesses, most notably the psychological treatment of actors “Johnny Depp” and “Amber Heard”, most notably “Laurel Anderson” in 2015, and she stated that both of them were involved in “mutual abuse”.
She said that Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were losing their tempers during psychotherapy sessions, explaining that they were violent as “Amber Heard” often gets angry when she feels disrespected.
