Several sources confirmed that Britney Spears collaborated with English singer Elton John to release a new version of his 1972 single “Tiny Dancer,” which is scheduled to be released next month.
According to the report, the two stars met at a recording studio in Beverly Hills last week to record the song. The source also revealed that the idea was proposed by Elton John and Britney immediately liked it.
This new collaboration will be Britney Spears’ first official single since “Slumber Party” in 2016, which appeared on her album “Glory”. “Tiny Dancer” was first released in 1971 on Elton John’s album “Madman Across the Water.” It was released as a single in 1972, and ranked number 47 on Rolling Stone’s Top 500 chart in 2021.
