Shakira Explains Ambulance Photos on her personal page on Twitter, where the Colombian singer “Shakira” issued a statement responding to the rumors that were circulated about her transfer in an ambulance to the hospital after discovering her boyfriend, Barcelona player Gerard Pique, had betrayed her.

In the statement she issued, Colombian singer Shakira said: “Guys, I’m getting a lot of messages of concern that I was seen in an ambulance in Barcelona recently. I just wanted to let you know that those photos are from last weekend (the 28th), when my dad unfortunately had a bad fall and I accompanied him in an ambulance to the hospital where he is recovering now.”

It is reported that the duo officially announced their separation in a statement after rumors of treachery by Barcelona defender Gerard Pique to singer Shakira, thus ending the duo’s relationship that lasted up to 12 years and resulted in two children.

And the statement issued by the duo “Pique” and “Shakira”, which was published by many foreign newspapers, said: “We regret to confirm that we are separating. For the well-being of our children, who are our highest priority, we request respect for (our) privacy. Thank you for your understanding.”
