The Gray Man, produced by Avengers directors Anthony and Joe Russo and starring Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, and Ana de Armas, is based on the 2009 novel of the same name by writer Mark Greene.

The film deals with an American intelligence operative who mistakenly leaks lethal agency secrets, making him the target of many investigations. A deranged former coworker sets a bounty on his life, igniting a global hunt by international assassins.
